Head of HR (Saudi nationals only)

Our client are one of the most reputable organisations in the Middle East, with Group HQ in Riyadh. They are currently seeking a Head of HR to lead the HR executive management team and contribute to the development and implementation of an effective business strategy for the company.

The core duties will include:

- Lead & direct the recruitment function to attract and deploy the manpower, by optimising the available resources to meet the recruitment plans on time

- Develop & implement a cost-effective employee reward strategy designed to facilitate attracting, rewarding and retaining employees of the requisite calibre in a cost effective manner

- Lead the implementation of talent management system by involving the divisions in order to make the Company an employer of choice

- Lead & direct the HR services team (Payroll, P&C, Recruitment, HR Support) by ensuring compliance to business standards and maximise the service standards to meet the world class standards

- Lead & facilitate the Organisation development initiatives through development of individual & team competence, change management strategies in order to align the HR initiatives towards realisation of business objectives

- Lead the SAP HCM team by reviewing the Project plan, conducting business risk analysis and direct the team towards realisation of the project goals


The package is potentially negotiable for the right candidate and candidates will be expected to possess the following attributes:

- Fluent in both Arabic and English communication
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate and work with personnel from a wide variety of professional disciplines and nationalities
- circa 10 years of management experience in Human Resource management
- FMCG / Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential
