HR Manager

FSR is exclusively retained by well known engineering firm (water treatment industry) to engage a HR Manager. The HRM job has been created due to the resignation rendered by the incumbent. The role demands strong generalist knowledge across a spectrum of HR areas such as performance management, training, recruitment, rewards and employee relations. The role is based in Riyadh (central area) with frequent travel to other parts of the country.

We are seeking a candidate who has at least 10 years of experience in handling complex HR tasks. it is preferred that you come from an engineering (EPC) background but it is not essential. Furthermore, Arabic knowledge would be a plus and Middle East experience is definitely a must have. You will have 5/6 direct reports and you will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company.

Your performance is critical to the success of the organization. Some of the key on-going challenges are recruiting top talent, retaining employees and making sense of performance management. it is also expected of you to manage and sustain key relationships across the organization. Thus far, emotionally inteliigent HR Candidates are highly desirable.
