Product Marketing Director

Our Client is a global company with a local heart. The market leader for cloud-based accounting, financials, enterprise management, people, and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

o Work with the industry's best product marketing team to define the messaging, positioning and go-to-market messaging and strategies in the small segment

o Create and deliver compelling internal and external presentations

o On the go-to-market positioning and frameworks for the segment

o Partner with wider Product team to deliver solutions to solve key customer problems

o Support the development of effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning

o Partner with marketing to create innovative marketing campaigns

o Localize central materials, including value propositions, messaging, sales enablement tools and ensure local execution is consistent

o Experience in new technology and services which disrupt markets through innovative ideas balanced with market research.

o Experience in crafting messaging, positioning and thought leadership content.
o Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executives and at different levels of management.
o Proven speaker comfortable in large audiences.
o Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.

Key performance indicators:

o Execution of GTM activities for key proposition / product events

o ARR growth

o Retention rates

o New customer acquisition
