Our client, one of the largest firms in the banking sector in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Reward executive, who will report directly to HR Director of the company and will be based in Jeddah. He will supervise Pension Specialists (x2), a Reward analyst and a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide leadership, direction and management of activities for the Compensation and Relations Management Division.
- Take the day to day operational decisions, ensuring the Compensation and Benefits Division achieves its results and that it fully contributes to the delivery of the Human Resource Department’s goals.
- Establish, manage and control the compensation and benefits programs of the Group ensuring alignment with the overall rewards strategy and philosophy hence enabling the organisation to be competitive in its value proposition to potential and existing employees.
The total package on offer for this role will be 35 - 38k SAR.
