Experience and Skills Required..
1. Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
2. B-Com or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and related
3. 5 – 10 years procurement experience in the Telecommunications or IT industry or related of which 3 years should be at Senior level
4. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
5. Expert at negotiating and networking
6. Experience in collecting and analyzing data
7. Experience and understanding of the B-BBEE ICT Sector Codes with specific reference to Preferential Procurement
8. Broad knowledge of the Telecommunications Technology and / or Information Technology Industry
9. Ability to develop a compelling business proposition and communicate this orally and in written form.
10. Strong knowledge of company products essential
